(Sunday you depart from airport and Monday you arrive into South Africa – the program begins informally on Monday- hotel check-in is 4pm and group dinner is 6pm. The actual program of touring starts on Tuesday morning)
FULL PROGRAM COST:
$3625 (excluding airfare)
*Prices are for double occupancy.
To upgrade to a single supplement, additional cost $1000.
CANCELLATION FEES (IF CUSTOMER CANCELS)
Refund Info:
100% full refund less $350 until October 1, 2023
50% refund October 2-31, 2023
25% refund November 1 -14, 2023
No refunds after November 15, 2023
WHAT IS COVERED IF TRIP IS CANCELLED?
Justifi refunds partial program fees if:
A) the home or destination country closes its border OR
B) if the destination country imposes an arrival quarantine of more than 24 hrs that we can't get out of
C) If the trip is not viable and trip is cancelled
D) According to Justifi “As a practical matter, if we have to cancel a trip due force majeure (like a war), we would try to be as helpful as possible with refunds. However, the exact details could be largely be out of our control. Therefore we advise people to purchase this “CFAR” (Cancel for any Reason) travel policy."
WHAT IS NOT COVERED IF TRIP IS CANCELLED?
If the trip is cancelled (by any party) the customer is responsible for his/her own travel expenses.
NOTE: Travel & medical insurance is REQUIRED for this trip.
