French cooking with Chef Rose Cirrincione
A super-fun and chilled out night for YJP’s ages 25-45
Both men and women are invited.
Cooking and the love of food and wine has followed me throughout my life – I was raised in an Italian household where meals were prepared from scratch everyday using fresh ingredients, especially in the summer – we had an array of vegetables growing in our backyard (fennel, tomatoes, basil, mint, figs, lettuce, eggplants, zucchini (multiple kinds), cucumbers, string beans, carrots, parsley, peppers, etc). I love making healthy food and teaching others how to make healthy food that tastes delicious, quick, and easy! And I am especially fond of french cuisince! Rose
