WHAT IS COVERED IF TRIP IS CANCELLED?
JIC/Justifi refunds partial program fees if:
A) the home or destination country closes its border
B) if the destination country imposes an arrival quarantine of more than 24 hrs that we can't get out of
C) If the trip does not happen, examples, due to security issues, not enough interest
D) Force majeure, war, etc.. As a practical matter, if we have to cancel a trip due force majeure (like a war), we would try to be as helpful as possible with refunds.
In any case we strongly advise people to purchase this “CFAR” (Cancel for any Reason) travel policy, especially those coming from Israel.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED IF TRIP IS CANCELLED?
If the trip is cancelled (by any party) the customer is responsible for his/her own travel expenses and medical coverage.
TRIP INSURANCE/ MEDICAL COVERAGE: Justifi offers good travel insurance with medical coverage for a reasonable price, but keep in mind, this is NOT a “CFAR” travel policy. However, most people purchase the Justifi policy.
