3. country of origin? what languages other than english?
4. Link to a Facebook profile or website that includes your photo
5. Attach confirmation of your vaccination or recovery card
*Once you are approved, we will send you the payment link.
NOTE: Boutique event depends on age, gender, male female age and religious level. We are not guaranteeing spots. Applications without proof of vaccine will not be considered.
