CANCELLATION FEES (IF CUSTOMER CANCELS)
Refund Info:
80% refund though June 30, 2025
50% refund from July 1- 20, 2025
25% refund from July 21- Aug 3, 2025
No refunds after August 4th, 2025
WHAT IS COVERED IF TRIP IS CANCELLED?
JIC/Justifi refunds partial program fees if:
A) the home or destination country closes its border OR
B) if the destination country imposes an arrival quarantine of more than 24 hrs that we can't get out of
C) Force majeure, war, etc.. As a practical matter, if we have to cancel a trip due force majeure (like a war), we would try to be as helpful as possible with refunds.
In any case we strongly advise people to purchase this “CFAR” (Cancel for any Reason) travel insurance policy.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED IF TRIP IS CANCELLED?
If the trip is cancelled (by any party) the customer is responsible for his/her own travel expenses. NOTE: Travel & medical insurance is REQUIRED for this trip.
