For Young Professionals
Take an Asian culinary experience to Japan with Stefan Oberman
Kosher Fish & Meat Menu
Sushi - Although originating from China, Japan perfected the art of Sushi making while America took it to a whole new level. We'll be making salmon, tuna, and, vegan versions.
Chicken Yakitori - The ubiquitous Japanese street food grilled over Japanese binchotan charcoal (or in your oven) and basted in a special Yakitori sauce.
Nigiri - Meaning "two fingers" in Japanese, this bite-sized treat is all about simplicity where the star of the show is the rice rather than the protein.
