Who's Who at JICNY

Meet Steve Feldman

I had the great pleasure of being introduced to the JICNY six years ago through my girlfriend, and now wife Lauren, who met Steve Eisenberg on a trip to Israel in 2006. She raved about Steve's Monday Night classes so I joined her one night to see what it was all about. To this day I still remember walking away that night spiritually enlightened and wildly impressed by Steve's kindness.

Additionally, Steve recommended I touch base with Jodi about the JICNY networking group regarding the private tutoring business I started in 2006 (PrivatePrep.com). Now, I am proud to say that I am a active member of the JICNY community and a member of the Networking group.

Thanks to Steve, Jodi, Gavin and all of you for creating such a wonderful organization!

Steve Feldman

Organizational Update

A Great Partnership for the International Jewish Community

JICNY is delighted to partner with Congregation Shearith Israel, the Spanish-Portuguese Synagogue.

Shearith Israel is a perfect synagogue to host the JICNY groups because of their long history of welcoming immigrants from around the globe, their warm inviting character; and the JICNY needed a permanent home.

Both organizations have worked closely together on many initiatives over the years and we share common goals. Shared programs include Monday night learning, Israel advocacy programming, Young couples’ events, concerts, films and Shabbat meals.

Through our partnership we will be able to offer more exciting programs to everyone, internationals and Americans alike.
