What can you offer:
I am a licensed mortgage loan originator with Apple Mortgage Corp., a full service, boutique mortgage brokerage licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Apple Mortgage has been in business since 1994 and has an outstanding record and reputation with the respective banking departments, Better Business Bureau, and Attorney General offices. We have established relationships with over 40 lending institutions, including most large banks, savings and loans, credit unions, as well as community and private banks – all of whom provide us with wholesale rates. Because of the volume of business we do with these lenders, we receive additional discounts and incentives as well as special service teams dedicated specifically to Apple Mortgage’s loans. This enables me to cater to virtually anyone’s mortgage needs and secure financing for almost any property, all while delivering the most competitive wholesale rates at no additional cost. I typically do not charge any points, origination, commitment or junk fees. I am paid a commission directly by the lender and only get paid when the deal closes, aligning my interests directly with those of the borrower. Furthermore, I do not advertise – my business is strictly referral based – further incentivizing me to provide the best rate and service to my client and his/her advisers (attorney, realtor, CPA, financial planner etc.). I respond to my clients’ needs by offering prequalification at no cost, quick turnaround on commitment letters and free advice on the various financing options, steering them to the products best suited to their financial needs. I strive to achieve the highest level of integrity and service and all information and conversations are kept strictly confidential.
I am very patient, attentive to detail and extremely thorough enabling me to find a lender and solution for even the most difficult deals that most other lenders or mortgage brokers would either turn away or decline.
What are you most proud of:
Achieving success through honest, hard work despite the shake-up and changes in the housing and mortgage market over the last three years. The last three years have seen droves of mortgage professionals and lenders exit the mortgage business. While this has been a challenging time, it has enabled me to distinguish myself and gain market share and new referrals and referral sources. The biggest complement I can receive is when a client or one of their advisers (attorney, realtor, CPA, financial planner etc) refers me another client based on their own experience in working with me.
