David Wollenberg

The past number of years, I have split my time between New York, where I've worked in the financial industry, and in Chicago, where I'm earning a PhD in political philosophy. Although born and bred in America, I have lived abroad, and always love meeting Jews from around the world - despite different customs, etc., we're all united - and I really appreciate the opportunities JICNY has given me to do that. It's really a great organization and a great way to meet new people. They've been able to find me shabbos meals at a moment's notice, and they really make people feel at home.
