For all of you who thought Cuban food is the same as Mexican food, this class will prove you wrong.  Come and experience new flavors from a country that most people know little about, learn about the Jewish community before Castro and what is left today. Teacher Frances Ganz.

What we will make: Mojitos - Bistec - Pollo al ajillo - Arroz con frijoles - Platanos maduros - Tostones - Pastellitos de guava
