Join us for a funny & inspiring evening with Mrs. Devorah Kigel. First class will be on dating the Jewish way: How can I prepare myself to meet my soulmate? How do I know he's the one? Getting clarity in the dating process.
Second class will be on the top 10 misconceptions about Jewish marriage.
Devorah has held positions at various Jewish organizations, including the Anti-Defamation League, Hadassah, Isralight, and the Jewish Renaissance Center. She has been teaching classes on Judaism for women for more than 7 years, teaching for Discovery, MJE, JICNY, NYU, Rutgers and Touro College among others. Devorah prepares brides for their wedding by teaching kallah classes, works informally as a dating and marriage coach, and hosts Shabbos guests every week. Her husband works for a kiruv organization called Emet doing college campus outreach on the CUNY campuses and in Queens. Devorah shares her personal journey and clearly addresses the questions we all have on topics like a woman’s role, sexuality, dating and marriage.
